The State Bar of California provides comprehensive pamphlets regarding estate planning and elder issues. Whenever we go out on a presentation, or meet with a client, we provide them with a copy of a pamphlet or refer them to the California Bar website.
These are excellent resources written by the organization that monitors attorneys' activities throughout the state. The pamphlets provide straightforward explanations about the different estate planning documents and their importance.
Upon request to the bar, these pamphlets can be provided in Spanish or Chinese.
Just hit the link of the topic that interests you and it will take you to the Calbar website where you can read the pamphlet in its entirety.
